The Prime the Hon. W. P". Massey, will leave "Wellington . this evening for the south, arriving in Christchurch to-morrow morning. Mr Massey will leave for Temuka by the second express, arid will give a political address in that town' in the evening. He .leaves for Wednesdaymorning.
