A BAD GUESSER. DATE OF ISSUE OF WRITS NOT YET FIXED. The "Lytteltoii Times" this morning printed the following statement: "It is believed that the electoral rolls will be closed on Saturday evening.'' The Sun accordingly wired to the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Hon. F. M. B. Fisher, for an authoritative statement on the subject. Mr. JJi slier promptly replied as follows:*—
