.- On Friday a telegraph message from the Murchison correspondent of the Nelson "Colonist" announced that Mr Robert Gilling, late of Culverden, had been found dead in his hut at Matakitaki that morning. The deceased was unmarried, was about 4o years of age, and had suffered for many years from miners' phthisis. An inquest was to have been held. ;
