A SERIOUS CHARGE.
INSURANCE MANAGER CHARGED. Press Association. WELLINGTON, October 28. Herbert Charles Stoddart was to-day charged with wilfully exposing himself, and was committed for trial. The cross-examination of witness indicated that the defence would be one of mistaken identity. Accused is the local manager of the British Dominions Insurance Company.
