GERMANS IN SWITZERLAND.
ARTILLERY CROSS THE BORDER. SWISS ACCEPT THE EXPLANATION. BERNE, September 29. German artillery crossed the Swiss frontier, and the men were disarmed. The men stated that they had had nothing to eat for six days, and had crossed the frontier in ignorance. The Swiss believe that the mistake was a sequel to the men's privations. )
