THE BRADFORD EXPORTERS. MONEY INVESTED IN GERMAN WAR LOAN. (Received October ,1. 0.?0 a.m.) LONDON, September 30. German firms owing money to Bradfoul exporters have intimated that they are investing the amounts in the German Avar loan, and sending the scrip to Bradford -in ])»} meut of their trade d'Avts. 'As Bradford exporters require £1,7/50,000 fiom Germany and Austria the intimation lias caused dismay. The Germans have intimated that they will -not respect contiacts made prior to the war. The" Bradford Chamber of Commerce lias resolved 1o ask the Government to relieve the export merchants bv making advances against approved foreign trade debts to the extent of 75 per cent. The total debts owing to the Bradford district including American, are now estimated at £(5,000,000.
