POLISH SUPPORT. Neither Germany nor Austria is able, now, to make an effective bid for Polish sympathy and support. Their propaganda of revolution in Russian Poland lias been counteracted. The great anass of Russian Poles will in all probability relinquish their hatred of the Tsar, and yield him loyal service; for he has given them a cause to fight for—and a hope. If Russia wins in the war the Poles will become again a nation, and a nation dowered with that splendid boon, autonomy. — 1 ' Age.''
