Constable Pratt gave evidence that the aunt had complained to him about the boy's conduct in keeping late hours, smoking, and frequenting billiardsrooms. The aunt said that the boy's conduct was generally good. She was willing to give him another chance. He did no harm in the billiards-rooms. His Honour: He does no godd there, either. The boy said that he was working with a plumber. He did want to go to gaol or to an industrial school.
