A great deal of correspondence was dealt with, and the reports from several districts: throughout New Zealand were entirely satisfactory. The question of allocating a portion of the fund to the relief .of the poor in Belgium was r discussed, and it was unanimously resolved that, after considering the population of Belgium as compared with that of Great Britain and Ireland, 25 p6r cent, of the funds be donated to the Belgians. The secretary advised that he still lias a few Lord Kitchener gladioli bulbs left, and will be pleased to dispose of each parcel at 2/6.
