notes. To-morrow the Huddart-Parker Company's Utiverina is due at Lyttelton from Sydney, •*ia, Auckland and East Coast ports. It is *'■ about six months _sinee the vessel was here last. Her cargo from Sydney consists principally of timber, while she also has a quantity of sugar and general cargo from Auckland. The Rivepma leaves fof Dunedin tomorrow, being due at this port again on Wednesday, September 9, and .thence takes her departure for Sydney, via East Coast, ports and Auckland. The latest time-table regarding the intercolonial service provides that the weekly passenger steamer from Sydney to Wellington j ■will leave the Australian port on Friday, arriving at Wellington on Tuesday of each week. After coming to Lyttelton the vessels will go back to Wellington, sailing from, there at 5 p.m. on Friday. The Warrimoo leaves Sydney to-day for '"Wellington, "while tlie Ulimaroa, which left Lyttelton last evening, will be .dispatched for Sydney this afternoon. ? It is reported that several changes are to be made in the services to Vancouver and San Francisco. From October next the Marama and Moan a will maintain the Welling-ton-San Francisco service.
