WEDDINGS OF NEW ZEALAND INTEREST.

At Holy Trinity Church, Brompton, on July 7, the wedding was solemnised of Captain Howard FitzGerald Hay, Royal Garrison Artillery, eldest son of Captain Howard Hay, R.N., of Craneswater, Southsea, and Miss Aviee Elsie Pitman, only daughter of Mr and Mrs H. H. Pitman, of Christchurch. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. A. W. Gough (vicar) and the Rev. C. F. Garbett, of St. Mary's Portsea. Mr L. C. Pitman, R.E., gave his sister away. She was dressed in soft white satin, with Brussels lace and a Court train of silver brocade and tulle. Miss Patience Dalby was the train-bearer, and the four bridesmaids wore dresses of flounced white net with satin coats in different sweeet-pea shadings—pale and deep rose, pale mauve and deep mauve; their hats were trimmed with sweet peas to match. Captain Richard Hos-" kyn, R.G.A., was best man. On July 2, at Greenfield Chapel, Bradford, Wilfrid Burn Andrea?, second son of Mr and Mrs Charles O. Andrea*, of Weybridge, Surrey, and of Auckland (N.Z.), was married to Margaret (Daisy), third daughter of Mr and Mrs George Speight. The Rev. Vivian Pornercy, 8.A., officiated.
