GREAT PATRIOTIC DEMONSTRATION THE DEMONSTRATION HAS BEEN ORGANISED SOLELY IN THE INTERESTS OF THE DEPENDENTS OF THE BRAVE BOYS WHO HAVE GONE TO HELP THE DEFENCE OF THE EMPIRE. Tliis Demonstration will surpass anything of the kind yet attempted. The Great Procession will be Spectacular and easily Two Miles in Length. The Torchlight Procession leaving the Clock Tower at 7 p.m. will be a Revelation and must appeal to Old and Young. FUN AND FROLIC Cranmer Square THE DAY'S PROGRAMME The Patriotic Concerts Later at Theatre Royal and Kings Theatre will be something to be remembered by all fortunate enough to gain admission. ALL ITEMS WILL BE PATRIOTIC. By the Courtesy of Messrs Jamieson Bros, and W. Goss, Ltd. Staging will be erected in Cranmer Square, where amusements will be supreme. Messrs Fuller, Brennan and Co., will give a performance. There will be Highland dances and short speeches. Some hundreds of motor cars, motor cycles with side chairs, will be in attendance to give pleasure rides round the city in aid of the Fund. Back up Old Britain by making Monday a Patriotic Day. In this connection all not appearing above will, be allocated positions by the marshals, in Barbadoes Street, North and South of Gloucester Street. • All marshals to meet chief marshal at Choral Hall at 12.30 Monday.
