PROPOSAL GAINS FAVOUR.

The British Medical Association, at a meeting in Aberdeen, discussed a proposal to establish a medical trade union. The scheme was keenly canvassed at previous meetings, but its advocates were heavily defeated. Lately, however, they have succeeded in gaining the adhesion of the majority on the Council.
