LODGE MEETINGS.
PRIDE OF CHRISTCHURCH.
The usual fortnightly meeting of, the Pride of <<hristchurch Tent, 1.0. R., was held in the Y.M.C.A. rooms, a large number of members being present. Bro. C. 11. Bascand, C.R., presided. The Sydenham, Addington, and Linwood Tents were represented. One candidate was proposed and two initiated. Seventeen members were declared on the sick fund, and sick pay amounting to £2l 1/8 was passed'for payment.
it was decided to hold a reunion social on August 3 of past and present members and friends. The Tent accepted an invi—iion. to visit the Philipson Tent on August 13, also the Hope of Addington on July 29. A motion of sympathy to the relatives of the late Bro. Joseph was carried. "
