The • Government Statist estimates the number of ewes in New South Wales at 18,793,000, a decrease of 244,000, ami that t.he= winter lambing will produce 7,184,000 lambs, a decrease of 297,000, white the spring lambing will produce 3,887,000, an increase of £*7,000 as compared with last year.
