KIRWEE SALE.
Yesterday at Kii wee monthly market only 500 sheep were brought forward, I Ji>l being in the store pens, chiefiy liog~ gets, a few wethers, and a small Jot - each of erossbivds, merino in lainfe making up the balance. The sheep were mostly of a poor ciass. There was oiilv a moderate attendance. The following arc the sales:—43 four-tooth crossbred wethers (forward) L' 1 /S, 43 two .and four-tooth (backward sorts) 38/-, 80 hoggets (mixed sexes) at 16/10, 77 ewe hoggets (indifferent class) 14/10, 17 at 14/7, 43 wether hoggets 14/2, 52 fouf, si.\, and eight-tootli ewes (poor class) in Jamb 22/1. 14 failing-mouth merino ewes in lamb 7/6; passed 130 ewe hoggets at 17/6. ~
