She is a fanatical follower of the monk Isiodor. Raspxitin is delirious. An operation brotight some relief. The Tsar is constantly informed of his progress. Crowds- attempted to break into the village gaol and lynch Rasputin's assailant, who apparently is unsound both in mind and body. NOW OUT or DANGER. THE TSARITA 'S ATTENTIONS. (Received July 16, 11.15 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, July 15. The Tsaritsa's has dispatched a Lady-in-Waiting and a court surgeon, Dr Federoff, to attend the wounded monk Rasputin, who is now said to be out of danger.
