(Received July 16, 9.50 a.m.) MELBOURNE, July 16., In the Legislative Assembly, Mr Hannah moved that all future Governors should be appointed from residents of Victoria. The motion was negatived by 23 votes t to 18'. The Premier remarked that Australians would resent any dictation from the King regarding their internal affairs, §p they should not seek to dictate to the King or his representative. ,
