Miss Edith Durham, the war correspondent, reports that the Epirotes are advancing to the coast, burning Moslem villages and massacring the inhabitants, including women and children,, who are strangled and their, bodies cut to pieces. PRINCE .WILLIAM COMPLAINS. NO SUPPORT FROM POWERS. ; "Times" and "Sydney Sun" Services. (Received July 16, 8 a.m.) DURAZZO, July 15. Prince William of Wied summoned the Ministers of the Great Powers to the Palace, and told them that the Powers, after placing him on the Throne, had shown singularly little readiness to assist him in coping with his difficulties. He asked their immediate help. It is believed that in the event of the Powers 3 refusal'he will tender his resignation. REFUGEES PROM KORITZA. DESERT TO THE INSURGENTS. (Received July 16, 11.15 a.m.) DURAZZO, July 15. Twelve thousand refugees from Koritza, who occupied the plain near Valona, have deserted to the insurgents, fearing the Epirotes.
