ELECTION IN SEPTEMBER. By Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright. MELBOURNE, July 1. The Prime Minister states that the dissolution will take place on the 20th inst., and on that date the writs will bo issued for the general election. August 7 will be the last day for the nomination of candidates. The polling day will be September 5.
