The newspapers report that the Minter of Marine contemplates another extraordinary shipbuilding programme in the autumn, and has provided for a credit of£QQ,OOO-000,'; half for Baltic and half, for Black Sea defence.

A FIRM DENIAL. (Received June 12, 9.20 a.m.) LONDON, June 11. Sir Edward Grey, in reply tp a question, denied that any naval agreement had been entered into or contemplated with Russia.
