Hickey, secretary ©f the United Federation of Labour, has received advice from Mr James Larkin, the Irish Labour leader, that; he expects to arrive in New Zealand in September next on a lecturing tour, organised for propaganda purposes, and for the purpose of raising funds to extend cooperative labour activities in Dublin.
