By Cable. —Press Association. —-Copyright. PARIS, J\me 2.
M. Doumergues has resigned.
It is expected that M. Viviani will be the new Premier. He is a Socialist and a strong Labour sympathiser, but does not belong to the Unified Socialists, who desire the abolition of the Three Years' Service Act.
M. Viviani, who is violently anticlerical, is the author of the phrase fWe have put out the lights of heaven.?'
