COUNTRY NEWS.
(From , Our Special Correspondents.) - ROLLESTON. 'A club is being formed in the Rolleston district for the purpose of holding meetings of an educatipnal and social mature during the winter months. The ' -first gathering of the series was held last Friday and was a decided, success. The items of a miscellaneous eoncert programme were contributed by Mesdames Maslin, Harris, Scott, Wallace, and Makeig, Misses Thompson (2) anil Pearce, and Messrs Sturgesrs, Thompson, Johnston and Mann. After supper a dance- was held, Mr Crossan acting as M.O. and Mr Baker supplying the music.
