DUNEDIN COMPLAINTS. Press Association. DUNEDIN, June 2. A deputation representing, the General Labourers' Union waited on Mr Massey this morning. One speaker, said people got into the Labour Department who should not be there. The general labourers had never been represented on the staff, and there should be a practical man there from their ranks. Another speaker said it was up .to the general labourers to have a representa- ••••;■? tive in the labour bureau.
