SEA SCOUTS DROWNED.

(Received June 2, 8.35 a.m.) LONDON, June 1. x A number of sea scouts were sailing in a cutter wliicli capsized off Somerleyton,, in Suffolk, while they were hoisting the sail. Three instructors, including an exnavy man, and three boys, were drowned. The sole survivor was a boy who succeeded in swimming ashore.
