Scarborough Hill sub-division is rap- / idly becoming built on, and promises to soon rival Richmond Hill and Clifton

At present, , there are four residences erected and occupied, and the foundations for several more have been, laid down; The hill is already connected with the local high-pressure water supply, 'and it is quite on the cards that the gas will be extended there shortly. A It has been reported by' several residents that youths using a certain evening car are in the habit of using most objectionable language.
