LABOUR IN N.S.W. PLANKS IN THE PROGRAMME; By Cable. — Press Association. — Copyright. (Received May 21, 9.20 a.m.) SYDNEY, May 21. The new Trades Union political party has issued the first instalment of its programme. Among the planks are a forty-four hour week, with a minimum v,Bge of £3. The party also desires the taking of a referendum on the question of the abolition of the Legislative Council.
