THE MEXICAN WAR. CONSTITUTIONALIST ATROCITIES. By Cable. — Press Association. — Copyright. (Received May 21, 1.35 p.m.) MEXICO CITY, May 20. The Constitutionalists executed a number of the captured Federal Generals after a battle at Paredon, in which two other Federal Generals were killed. Regarding the Seertuche fight, reports state that one General and thirty-two members of the staff were executed immediately.. THE MEDIATION CONVENTION. The mediators have convened the first session of the convention at Niagara Falls for the purpose of discussing procedure. Ambassador Dagama (Brazil) will welcome the delegates officially.
