MEW BRIGHTON TROTTING CLUB. Yesterday's meeting, of the-New Brighton Trotting- Club was one of the most successful ever held on the seaside course. Though rather chilly, the weather was otherwise fine, and the large crowd present were treated to some interesting sport. The totalisator staff was kept very busy throughout the afternoon, no less than £13,202 being speculated on the eight events, as against £10,804 on the corresponding day last year.
