By Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright. (Received May.7, 9.30 a.m.) BERLIN, May 6. A woman named Charlotte Lefeld asked her lover for a parting kiss. As he complied with her request she fatally shot him with a revolver in the darkness. She previously wrote telling her mother of her intention to commit the crime, adding: "The courts deal lightly with girls who shoot their faithless lovers.'' The jury acquitted her and the crowds inside and outside the court cheered the verdict loudly.
