SOUTH AFRICA STANDS OUT,
REMARKABLE DEVELOPMENT.
"Times" and "Sydney Sun" Services. (Received April 14, 8.30 a.m.) CAPE TOWN, April 13. The Dominions Commission has completed its enquiries in South Africa. Sir Edgar Vincent, speaking for himself, said he considered that the most remarkable feature since the war has been the country's agricultural development. He went so far as to say that, relatively, more brains were being put into agriculture in South Africa than in any other part of the Empire.
