ASSOCIATION. The Canterbury Football Association open their season on Saturday next: The following picked elevens have been selected to play an'exhibition game at Corinthian Park, Lin wood's F.C. private ground/ Linwood's famous Mascot bull dog "Chica" will kick off at" 3 p.m. Teams: — Red and Black:—Bennett, Williamson, "Watson, Wardell, Fullarton, Clay, M'Laughlan, Watson, Taylor, Ward, G. Norman. Blues:—Tennant, Baker, M'Farlane, Howie, Ensor, Harrison, Wood, Bissett, Harris, Grant, and Tanner. THE SUN has been requested to become the official organ of the Canterbury Football Association.
