Her Excellency Lady Liverpool will open the Fancy Fair to-morrow afternoon at 2.50 o'clock at the Young Men "'3 Christian Association building, Cambridge Terrace and / Hereford Street. The members of the ladies' auxiliary of the Association have been untiring in their efforts to make this affair of great interest. The booths will be presided over by some of the prominent ladies of the city. The entire building will be used. Ashcroft, Walker, Gurnsey, and F. Glover, and boys of the Boys' Gordon Hall; a swimming contest, together with an exhibition of fancy diving by a" young ladies' swimming club; basket ball, volley ball games, and shooting contests'in'the rifle range. Special facilities Will be offered for seeing the aviator Seotlaud in his flight over the city, from the roof of the building. Goods will be priced at reasonable store rates, and there will be bran tubs, lollies, and toys for the children, which' should interest them. Th'ere will be music and much time given for sociability at the teas, both regular and high.
