One of the schooner Mexico's crew has died from exposure. The rescued men include five of the Fethard lifeboatmen and nine of the Mexico's crew. IN SOUTHERN FRANCE. TREMENDOUS DAMAGE. HUNDRED HOUSES DESTROYED. (Received February 24, 10.30 a.m.) 'February 23. The hurricane at ■■ Lyons demolished aeroplane sheds valued at-£BO,OOO, and much damage was done elsewhere. A hundred houses were partially, destroyed ..in a' village,in the Toulon district.
