GRAFT IN CANADA.
RESULT OF ENQUIRY. By Cable. — Press Association. — Copyright. (Received February 14, 11.30 a.m.) MONTREAL, February 13. Legislative investigation finds that two members of the Lower Provincial House, Berrard and Mousseau, have been guilty of graft in connection with the "Daily Mail's" allegations. As both of them have resigned already, it is understood no further action is possible. [During the hearing of "graft" charges against certain members of the Quebec Legislature, originating through the proprietors of the "Daily Mail," the Provincial Deputy-Attorney-Gene-ral, whose name had been mentioned, struck Mr M'Nab, the proprietor of the paper. The legislators present separated them after a lively scene. The "Daily Mail" proprietors have already incriminated several members of both Houses.]
