A WARDER'S LAPSE.
LUNATIC ATTACKS HIS WIFE.
"Times" — "Sydney Sun" Special Cable. (Eeceived February 14, 8.5 a.m.) PARIS, February 13. A wife visited her husband, who is confined in a lunatic asylum, and during the temporary absence of the warder the man produced a long nail and attacked his wife and inflicted terinjuries to his wife's face. The court subsequently awarded her £1,400 for the warder's negligence.
