(Received February 13, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, February 12. *' The Times'' Paris correspondent says that there is much interest in King George's Speech from the Throne as relating to the situation in the Near East. Germany is believed to be averse t6 coercive measures in regard to Rumania, and has informed Turkey and Bulgaria that she will not remain inactive in the event of forceful conflict.
