LONDON, March 19. A report from Paris states that Mr. Baker (American War Secretary) visited the American storehouse area. The area is 16 sqtiaro miles, and cost £8,000,000. Tho stntion .includes • 3000 horses and mules. Mr. Baker tvas interested m the surgical process by which mules are rendered brayless.
