DUXKDIN. last night. A supplementary wool sale was held this aftjernoon. when about 1500 bales, ' comprising late-shorn clips and strag- ; ler.s' lots, were offered. . Theie was a large attendance of buyers, including a pood number from overseas, and competition w;is exceedingly keen. Prices for crossbreds Heece avcim- Id to l^d jx»r pound above those ruling at tiie February sales* whilp inevinos were also firmer. Pieces^ . belii&S and lik'lcs were sold at .about Ja4>t sale fates, -»vhile crntchings were to |d deal-el. A fair amount of slipe wt>ol Was oli'wretl, and realised up to 18^d for crossbred and ,20£ d for lambs.
