WANT SCHOOLBOYS' SAVINGS.
(Received March 17, 8.30 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, March 16. The German Government has circularised the schools, urging the scholars to devote all their savings to the war loan. Berlin scholars are urged to raise nine million marke.
