HOBOES ORGANISED. SEATTLE, November 29. Jeff Davis, president of the - Itinerant Workers' Union, who is known as the Hobo King, was introduced to the convention of the Federation of Labor yesterday. Davis besought tho aid of the federation m order to obtain the repeal of the vagrancy laws. His speech was full of hobo slang, and he kept his audience m roars of laughter. He declared that there was a committee of 21, which controlled^soo,ooo .members of his union. ,All un'ioh itinerants were pledged never to work as strike-breakers, and, m fact, to assault strike-breakers.
