(To the Editor of. the Herald.) Sir,— We notice through the columns of your paper / last evening about trouble that motorists experience on th'ei hill^ with waggoners. We, the undersigned experienced motorists, wish to differ. We have found the waggoners very, considerate and' obliging m every respect, and will -always lend a yelping ; hand wheii m trouble.
