WOMAN IN A TRANCE.
PLACED IN A MORTUARY. LONDON, April 20. An inquiry into alleged mismanagement m the York County Hospital disclosed that a living patient lmd been found m the mortuary with a ticket on her shroud stating that she had died four hours previously. The explanation was that the patient had fallen into a trance, which was mistaken for death.
