CHRISTGHURCH, last nitfht. • Mr Colin Cook, a well-known resident of Lyttelton, of which borough he has been Mayor, died suddenly this evening, presumably of heart failure. . . ■ CHMSTCHUKOH,- this day. ■ Mr Colin Cook, who died so tragically after he was returned, at the head of the poll for the Lyttelton Borough Council, has been suffering from, heart troubles for some years. He leaves a wife and three daughters. ilr Cook was returned to the Hospital' "Board for the Lyttelton-Sumner district. He also contested the Harbor Board election, and 1 was leading m the partial returns available.
