SAVAGERY IN ALBANIA.

A despatch to the Daily Telegraph from Vienna, says — "Telegrams, received here from Cettinje and Cattero, show that ■unrestrained savagery continue m Albania, and that the Montenegrins still perpetrate' \inhuman atrocities. In the village .of Schaasachare, near Uskub, Servian soldiers have committed indescribable cruelties on the] women, all the boys and men being sent away. Similar crimes hat© been committed by Servian soldiers at Letnica, which, like Schasschare,- ia inhabited by Albanian Catholics. In Karassaghe, twenty farmhouses were burned by the; Albanians, all the males being killed. In all, 233 were aiain." , ,
