COFFEE CREAM.

Boil a calf's foot in a quart of water .till ' it reduces to a pint of jelly, clear of Bediment -and fat. Make a teacupful of very strong coffee; clear it with. a bit. of isinglass, thet it may be perfectly 'bright ; ponr- it on the jelly, and add a pint of good cream. Sweeten to taste, and give one boil up before pouring it into the mould.
