(Scottish Farmer.) The tillering power of an oat is deceptive. The tillering withers up after a time. It won't pay in the case of oats to pick seeds. • The same variety of oats has many names. It just depends on how you pick them. Oats tibat produce single pickles are no good. Some say I spoil and interfere with the trade and profit, and ruin the country. One-sideae oats are more or less an accj. dent, just as a duck'is web-footed, and it is called a new variety.
