It is announced that the firm of Hallenstein Bros, and Co. has been converted into a limited company, and will hencefoiih carry on business under the name of Hallenstein Bros. (Ltd.)
The brokers for the preference ii?ue shares of the Drapery and General Importing Company inform us that the directors are arranging to have the shares listed on the Stock Exchanges throughout the colony. This will ensure regular quotations, and holders will always be able to ascertain market values through tho press of the colony.
