Ibis should be invariably done, or I cannot undertake to send the auto on. Lucinda.— Thank you, dear, for the explanation. Lancer. — I am sorry to aay I did not open, your letter till it was too late to reply in last week's Witness. I should have beea very glad for a gioup to have been got tip as suggested had I seen your proposal in time. Hearty Lassie.— l do not know exactly what the price of "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" is, but it will probably be about 3s 6cl. Could you not get a number of little friends to join you in getting a copy, say each contributing 6d, and reading it in turn ? Or, if it is preferred, you might get an abbreviated sixpenny edition. Ella.— l have already large demands for them, and I am afraid theie is no immediate chance of my being able to do so. Taffy. — The block of the picture is being prepared, no youi report of the C.C. meeting is held over till next issue, as it cannot be done in time for this week's paper.
